Kids For Yoga students

Kids For Yoga was created to help children build emotional tools early, so they can grow with more calm, confidence and resilience.

Founded by Marketa, a children’s yoga and mindfulness educator, mum of two, and holistic wellbeing practitioner, the program blends yoga, mindfulness, movement, emotional literacy and the original COMPAS Framework.

The sessions feel playful for students, but the intention is deeply practical: helping children build skills they can carry into the classroom, playground, home and life.
